ECA WA Board Nominations 2024/25

Nominations are now open for the following vacancies on the 2024/25 ECA WA Inc Board:

  • 3 x Board Members for a 3-year term
  • 1 x Board Member for a 1-year term

Nominations, which must be in writing and comply with the registered rules of the organisation, may be made at any time from Tuesday 30 April 2024. They must reach the ECA WA Inc email inbox or postal address below no later than 12 noon AWST on Tuesday 14 May 2024.

Position requirements

Board members are required to:

  • Commit to the position for the specified period (one or three years) 
  • Commit to 10-12 hours of time per month
  • Read all board meeting material prior to each monthly board meeting
  • Attend a minimum of 8 of the 11 annual board meetings
  • Represent ECA WA at stakeholder awards and events
  • Complete the Company Directors and Finance for Not-for-profits courses through the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). This will take approximately seven days and must be completed within six months of joining the board.

  • By email to ECAWAIncelection@ecawa.org.au. For email submissions, you must scan and submit a properly completed nomination form (including all necessary signatures and attachments) as a pdf file.
