Safe Work Method Statement Book

NECA has produced a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) book which contains 50 duplicate blank SWMS forms to assist members meet their obligations in regards to completing Safe Work Method Statements on site.

To keep things simple, the step by step instructions for completing the SWMS are printed on the inside cover of the book. The SWMS form is designed to allow members develop a SWMS from scratch or alternatively reference the relevant generic NECA SWMS(s) for the job and list any additional work steps or hazards identified on site and detail the additional actions or controls for the hazard.

Each SWMS form is individually numbered to allow for easy reference and record keeping where required.

There is space provided at the bottom of the SWMS form for employees to sign off, and the duplicate feature of the book allows you to provide the client with a copy of the SWMS when requested as well as have a copy of the SWMS available for your employees to refer to on the job.
