OHS Mentoring/Assistance Program
Based on the requirements of NECA’s Safety Management System, and developed by NECA’s own safety professionals to meet the safety needs of members, this new NECA initiative is designed to provide ongoing hands on support, and mentoring / coaching to company personnel with Safety Management responsibilities within the member’s business over the course of the program.
The outcomes from the program that a member can expect are the development of robust Safety Management Systems and practices within their business, and personnel suitably skilled to maintain and further develop the safety requirements within the business on completion of the program.
The program consists of 6 two hour consultancies with a NECA OHS Consultant over the course of 12 months, and it would be expected that the member business has an appointed person who is responsible for OHS management within the business.
Whilst the program is designed around 6 two hour consultancies, by mutual agreement the program may be tailored to suit each member’s individual needs.
For those program participants who wish to continue to receive ongoing OHS Mentoring / Assistance after the completion of the initial program, NECA can provide a tailored ongoing program to suit the individual needs of your business.
