The OHS Act requires that an employer, or a self employed person, who has the management or control of a workplace must notify WorkSafe of any serious workplace injuries and incidents.
Regulation 414 of the Electricity Safety (Installations) Regulations requires that serious electrical incidents must be reported to EnergySafe Victoria.
