The loaded on-site hourly wage rate is developed to assist NECA members calculate the actual hourly cost of employing a licenced electrical tradesperson. The calculation is not inclusive of any overhead recovery, lost time, inclement weather, site allowances, supervision or profit margin. It is provided to assist members to calculate their real labour costs and hence provide a sound basis on which to calculate prices and charge out rates.
