Course Description – New Course for 2011

This course examines the Australian Standards for Quality Management Systems and provides participants with a working knowledge of skills to design and prepare quality procedures which conform to internationally accepted standards.

Participants will develop the knowledge and skills to operate within a quality system and be able to check conformance to specification and to take an active part in quality improvement activities.

The presentation of the course will include:

• Lectures by an experienced presenter

• Case studies

• Interaction between participants
