Certificate IV in Frontline Management

NECA Skills Centre is introducing the Certificate IV in Frontline Management Program into the Training Calendar for 2012, to meet the demanding and growing needs of the electrical industry.

The challenge of managing other people is both exciting and demanding.  You play a vital role in making sure that the team performs.  You need good people skills as well as an understanding of the technical aspects of the work.  The training will help learners to become better organised and plan their work, projects and time management with lots of practical hints and tips.  The course is designed to examine leadership styles that suit different situations and understand the motivation of people at work.  It gives practical advice on delegating, running effective team meetings, being assertive, resolving conflicts, coachinig, communicating and managing a safe workplace.
